Most likely they can be, but I doubt if they can be as efficient as the normal computer, since they are more fast and more load taking!

I would say yes. Considering the amount of things that can be done using a iphone or ipad or ipod. Its just a small pc u can hold in your hand.

I would say you could to an extent, most of what I do on a computer I can do on my Ipod touch and I know can be done on an Iphone and Ipad.
