Okay, I hope I am not missing something obvious here, but I noticed in the international forum description that you can talk different language so long the section is approved. I'd like to know what are the requirements before an user request the addition of a X language subboard as well as to know where can we make such request.

Request for addition of other languages to the International Forum can be made in the 'Clubbie Hangout'. You can request to have a subboard, but again we will then conduct a poll of our members and the result is taken as final.Later a member would be chosen as a 'Language Patrol' for that section and will be opened for discussion.

However in any case, the staff can reject the application before a poll is added if they find any potential dangers behind it.
